
Skylift is a craneless wind turbine installation system. It is compatible with any kind of standard wind turbine. The system is integrated by two components. First, a Self-erecting System, capable of installing both nacelle and tower even in extremely high wind conditions (wind speed up to 15 m/s). After that, the BladeRunner installs the rotor also without the need of any kind of crane.
The installation rate is highly efficient, as Skylift may completely install one turbine per week, even in adverse wind conditions. Likewise, Skylift is compatible with the new wind turbine generation (6MW, 7MW,8MW) and capable of installing wind turbines over HH200 meters.

Skylift Installation Process
The Skylift installation process is quite simple and efficient. The whole wind turbine is installed in just one week and the process benefits from the main advantages of the system: fully craneless installation and wind insensitivity.
- Foundation. Compatible with any kind of standard foundation. Likewise, Skylift is compatible with Nabrabase foundation, a highly efficient foundation for wind turbines that allows drastic concrete reduction requirements (60%) as well as a relevant CO2 emissions reduction (80%).
- Self-erecting Installation. The self-erecting System installation, which allows installing nacelle and tower avoiding the use of cranes, takes just three days. Once the system has installed the first wind turbine, the transfer to the next position within the wind farm takes one day.
- Nacelle and tower installation. The Self-erecting System installs both nacelle and tower.
- Rotor Installation. Lastly, Bladerunner installs the rotor of the wind turbine.
