Design Manager
Reporting to the CTO, the selected candidate will lead and coordinate the Design Engineering team, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and technically robust design solutions.
Key responsabilities
- Lead and coordinate the Design Engineering team, providing technical guidance, supervision, and support.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve design department procedures and standards.
- Ensure correct configuration, weight, and tolerances of products to guarantee functionality of the designs.
- Ensure design information is accurate, up to date, and available to all relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Senior professional with proven experience in concept design development, composite parts design (experience with wind turbine blades is a strong plus), and metallic structures (welded, cast, or machined components).
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 (3D modeling, 2D drafting, and macro programming).
- Experience with PDM systems (preferably 3D EXPERIENCE).
- Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 or higher).

HIRING
Project Manager
Reporting to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), responsible for planning and executing product development and/or EPC projects, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams and client management.
Key responsabilities
- Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and technical specifications.
- Manage budget, timing, and evaluate project risks.
- Conduct load-capacity analyses, coordinate project teams, and prepare project milestones or gates.
- Establish Project KPIs aligned with internal and client expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial).
- PMP certification or equivalent highly preferred.
- 10 years of essential experience as a Project Manager in the wind sector, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams and client management.
- Essential English proficiency (C1); knowledge of other languages valued.
