Heavy lifting & Construction Engineer
Reporting to the Area Manager, he/she will lead a team of 3-4 designers and engineers in the definition of heavy lifting operations and development of their required lifting tools and equipment, coordinating with the Project Manager to meet objectives. The role involves supporting equipment validation, field operations, process improvement, document review, and subcontractor supervision.
Main responsabilities
- Lead the technical coordination of tool design, structural calculations, and heavy lifting operations for special lifting projects.
- Provide punctual field support during validation and execution phases.
- Drive process improvements and ensure alignment across departments.
- Supervise subcontractors and review technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Naval, or similar).
5+ years’ experience in structural or design engineering for lifting operations. - Field experience and knowledge of the wind energy sector are a plus.
- Proficiency in Eurocode 3, FEM, and lifting standards (DNVGL, IMCA).
- Advanced knowledge of heavy lifting and handling equipment.
- English proficiency (B2-C1). Location and work mode are flexible: hybrid in Pamplona, fully remote options available. Availability to travel.
- Advanced Excel and AutoCAD skills.

Reporting to our COO, he/she will be responsible for overseeing process and tooling management within the wind industry, from prototype development to serial production, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Main responsabilities
- Design and coordinate improvements in manufacturing processes and tooling to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
- Create and evaluate new tools and optimize existing ones to enhance component manufacturing.
- Lead production improvement initiatives to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
- Conduct process simulations, optimization tests, and failure analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for production teams and other departments.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or a related field).
- Proven experience in process and tooling management in the wind industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, and process simulation software.

He/she will develop and define the IT strategy, aligning it with company goals to deliver long-term value, optimizing resources, and designing secure IT systems to meet the organization’s needs.
Main responsabilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, and tools, ensuring performance, security, and scalability, while managing internal and external developments.
- IT Support & Incident Resolution: Manage ERP and infrastructure support, resolve technical incidents, and optimize system performance and cost efficiency.
- Cybersecurity: Ensure IT security, manage software licenses, and guarantee compliance with legal and technical standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed infrastructure records, monitor system performance, and drive cost-effective improvements.
Required Profile
- Vocational Training major in TIC’s, IA, Cybersecurity, etc… or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, or programming languages are highly desirable.
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, incident resolution, and tool development. Proven track record in handling technical issues.
- English B2/C1 level.
