Main responsabilities

- Optimize MRP tool (Odoo) use and explore process standardization.
- Evaluate alternative distribution processes when needed.

Required Profile
- Degree in Engineering or Logistics.
- Desired Proficient in Primavera P6.
- Experience in planning within an industrial company and logistics in an international context.
- Spanish (fluent) and English (B2/C1).

- Development of tooling for the transportation of wind turbine components.

Required Profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in tooling design within an industrial and logistics environment.

Reporting to the Operations Department, this role will be responsible for improving and optimizing manufacturing and assembly processes with a focus on zero harm, quality assurance, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. The position is key to ensuring process upgrades are well-documented, safe, and aligned with industry standards, particularly within the wind energy and composites sector.
Main responsabilities
- Draft and implement ideas to reduce production costs and improve throughput.
- Develop best practices and standardized operating instructions.
- Provide technical documentation and standard operating procedures to the Project Manager.
- Perform risk assessments and process simulations to support decision-making.
- Design, test, and monitor process upgrades and new process systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform process optimization tests.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented upgrades.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Aeronautical).
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer, ideally in the wind industry and composite materials.
- English level: Upper-intermediate (B2–C1).
- Technical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Dassault systems environment (CATIA, DELMIA), CAD and AutoCAD.

The position plays a key role in process documentation, cross-functional coordination, and promoting a culture of
continuous improvement across PD and EPC projects.
Main responsabilities
- Maintain and update the company’s global process map aligned with business and project needs.
- Document and monitor key processes across Product Development and EPC project phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and department leads to define required deliverables and process milestones.
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and visual quality in all process-related documentation.
- Align process documentation with quality standards and APQP4Wind methodology.
- Adapt documentation based on project feedback and operational changes.
- Promote process thinking and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Act as the internal reference for process alignment, version control, and documentation audits.
Required Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Energy,
Aeronautical, or similar) or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior). - 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the renewable energy
or wind sector. - Knowledge of PD and EPC environments, subcontracted supply chains, and
project phase management. - Experience with APQP4Wind methodology is highly valued.
- Strong project management, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of English (B2–C1 level).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word);
knowledge of ERP and document management systems is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive

Main responsabilities
- Design and implement the annual marketing and communication plan aligned with strategic objectives.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication materials.
- Coordinate content creation for brochures, newsletters, social media, website, and customer proposals.
- Oversee participation in international trade shows, events, and product launches.
- Manage external communication with media, associations, and stakeholders.
