Design Basis Conformity Statement awarded for the new 2.0. family of Nabralift self-erecting tower
Nabralift 2.0, the new family of Nabrawind´s innovative self-erecting tower (SET), has been awarded the Design Basis Conformity Statement by DNV. This certification paves the way for the implementation of the design improvements in the new projects that Nabrawind is undertaking.
The certificate confirms the strategy adopted for the SET 2.0 and its accordance to the Standard IECRE OD-501:2018 of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), defining a clear roadmap for the integration of Nabralift 2.0. into Type Certificates of existing or new wind turbines. Nabralift 2.0 can be used from heights ranging from 140 to 200 meters, and is valid for turbine models on the 4.X-5.X MW range.
